If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

All Faulty stock must be return to Supplier directly after our RMA Approval ( Mostly Suppliers Based in Auckland ).

Warranty process normally can take 1-6 weeks time as per our supplier guidelines, but sometimes it varies according to the order and may be take longer, We will notify you in that case.
