Below TES Limited Terms & Conditions apply to all wholesale website orders received via email or website. TES Limited is not responsible for typographical errors on the website. The information provided by the website is subject to change without notice. All product images may vary from the actual product image and are only to be used as a point of reference

TES LIMITED wholesale business has been built on the fundamentals of dropship of large qty stocks at the best prices through our unique local NZ sourcing and local NZ distributor agreements. we can offer many products at NZ’s best price, ready to ship from our supplier warehouse directly ( Mostly from Auckland ).

Due to no of emails, we will try our best to reply in 2-4 working days. The order is subject to a minimum of $50.

All the TES LIMITED Wholesale Website prices are exclusive of 15% GST unless mentioned. TES Limited wholesale website is normally for resellers, corporate and business customers, Individual traders or anyone looking to buy in bulk.

Please note: We are not able to exchange or refund after order placed so choose carefully. Its buyer responsibility to send all faulty stock in all cases to our suppliers directly ( Based in New Zealand ).

Stock on wholesale Website :-

TES limited don’t hold any wholesale website stock on our registered office location. All orders will be directly shipped from our New Zealand based Suppliers ( Mostly Based in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch ).

Pickup up –

Yes available, We will update you when order is ready to pickup. Some stock on website is only available for shipping ( No Pickups ).

Cancellation of an order :-

We may cancel the whole order or any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you at any time if:

1. The products in that order are not available.
2. There is an error on the product price, delivery charges or product description posted on the website for the product in that order.
3. That we reasonably believe your order has been placed in breach of the above conditions or our terms and conditions or our supplier terms & conditions.

If we do so, then we will notify you of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the canceled order and we will issue a refund if you don’t want any other product.

Return Policy :-

This returns policy is applicable to all purchases from Tes Limited Wholesale website.

Please contact the manufacturer directly to troubleshoot your product or to request a warranty repair.

To return a product to TES LIMITED ( Wholesale Orders ) or our supplier directly, please complete our Request a return / RMA Form

We don’t refund if you choose wrong or Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrectly supplied products :-

If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. TES Limited will supply the correct product as per purchase or issue a credit/refund if item become out of stock.  In order to supply the correct product or credit/refund, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us in its original conditions / Unopened Box and the product supplied must be in unused condition. Its buyer responsibility to send all faulty stock in all cases to our suppliers directly ( Based in Auckland mostly ).

Products damaged in transit :-

We recommended to check your Item for Transit Damage before Signing the Courier, Don’t Accept the Courier if the item is damaged during transit. If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address and you have not checked on signing the courier, You must notify us within 24 hours so that we can contact Courier Company for Claim. Failure to do so warrants the receiver taking full responsibility for the item(s) affected.

Courier company will arrange the collection of your product for Inspection so Please keep the original packing. This process can take up to 10 working days. Please note that for your claim to be accepted you must retain the original packaging material used to deliver your order. Tes Limited can only process claims after courier company investigation.

Its buyer responsibility to send all faulty stock in all cases to our suppliers directly ( Based in Auckland mostly ).

Products that are faulty upon arrival / first use :-

If the product you received is faulty upon arrival / first use, TES Limited will either repair or replace your product, or issue a credit/refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit/refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to our supplier directly for repair/replacement. Its buyer responsibility to send all faulty stock in all cases to our suppliers directly ( Based in Auckland mostly ).

All returns requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase/delivery.

Products that are faulty within the warranty period :-

If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, TES LIMITED will repair or replace your product or issue a credit/refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit/refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. You may also be able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair/replacement.

Returns can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us. Its buyer responsibility to send all faulty stock in all cases to our suppliers directly ( Based in Auckland mostly ).

Testing fees and return freight :-

If you return a product that is not faulty while testing, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

Restocking fees :-

In some special circumstances, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is brand new and wrongly bought. In these situations, there will be a handling fee equal to at least 35% of the value of the goods. Delivery, service, and assembly fees are not refunded at all.

Software & Hardware Cover:-

All Desktop, Laptops, iPad, Mobile comes with Hardware warranty only. We do not provide any Warranty/Service/Refund related to software, Windows, Virus or Gaming Issue.

Physical / Liquid Damage Cover :-

We do not provide any Warranty/Service/Refund related to liquid or physical damage of an item purchased from us.


Normally all orders will be dispatched from our supplier directly within 72 hours except special/backorders. We will notify you if we need more time for any order.

Estimated delivery for any product is 2 – 10 Working days within urban New Zealand ( 1-3 days extra for rural ) unless otherwise specified. Deliveries are depended upon fright company’s movement according to weather conditions. We will only deliver products ordered to a location where we provide delivery services. You acknowledge and agree that any person at the delivery address who receives the products is authorized by you to receive your order. If you have ordered any fragile products, please check your order for transit damage before signing the courier. In case the product is damaged on delivery please do not sign the courier and contact us or courier company within 24 hours of delivery to process the insurance claim with the courier company.

Tes Limited is not responsible for any courier company delivery issue. We can only put claim after courier company investigation in all cases about courier issues.

Shipping Charges will be calculated after order placed and We will email you about the shipping cost of an order which needs to be paid to process your order and dispatch for delivery from direct supplier warehouse.

Fees & Charges

The purchase price of each Product is shown on the listed Website at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a Product on the TES Limited Wholesale Website may/is not the same as per Tes limited retail website and we are not obliged to match any prices. All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products are Exclusive of 15% GST and Excluding delivery charges if not mentioned on our website.

Shipping Price or any other price related to order:-

1. You are bound to pay us the shipping price after the order placed online and we accepted your order.
2. We use normally supplier shipping companies and prices for your order placed online.
3. The price you pay will be increased by the amount of GST, other taxes and duties which may be applicable and insurance/freight/handling charges.
4. We can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order.
5. Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars(NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Quotations :-

We are happy to provide a quotation for any product on request however in some cases we may charge a small fee.

Payment Terms :-

We accept bank deposits or Online POLI banking for all wholesale orders. We are happy to provide an invoice. Surcharge applies (Non-Refundable in all cases ) for Credit-debit card/laybuy/Oxipay/Genoapay Payment method. Finance now available. Goods sold remain the property of TES Limited until the invoice is paid along with the shipping price in full.

Payments & Credit :-

Unless Tes Limited has agreed to extend credit to the purchaser, payment is to be made by cash, Eftpos, Bank transfer before delivery. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared into Tes Limited bank account. Where credit terms have been agreed, payment must be made in full by the invoice due date.

Overdue Payments will be charged 15% interest rate PA and Debt Collection Agency Fees and any other fees/charges to recover the outstanding payment.

Feedbacks :-

We welcome your feedback and will address any complaints as quickly as possible. We request you to notify us by email within 24hrs if you notice any problems with our service. Your product will be tested and working prior to collection or delivery. If any issues occur once in your possession please let us know within 24 hrs. Additional issues can occur and are not always as a result of the original repair.

Privacy Policy :-

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Tes Limited will be considered strictly confidential.

Website Security :-

We take every precaution to ensure our web site will not harm your computer system or data, however, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from visiting our website.

Product Warranty :-

Normally all new products come with a minimum 1 Year manufacturer warranty. Buyer can contact the manufacturer directly or TES limited for any warranty claim.  Please keep the original packing for any warranty claim. The warranty process normally can take 1-6 weeks time as per our supplier guidelines, but sometimes it varies according to the order and may take longer, We will notify you in that case.

Liability :-

TES Limited is not liable for any type of claim if the supplier/manufacturer goes in liquidation, close down, any fraud, wrong product information sync via the website , warranty refused. TES limited website stock sync with all the supplier’s website and we can’t be held responsible for any claim if product information,  price or qty displaying wrong on TES limited. TES Limited shall not be liable for any claims regarding the physical functioning of the product or the condition of the product supplied before, during or after sales and services. In no event, TES Limited will not be liable for any loss of data or loss of revenue or profits or any other loss, however, caused, before during or after sales and services. TES Limited liability in any legal case of any kind with respect to sales and services shall be limited to the product price we charged.

Acts of God :-

Tes Limited cannot be responsible for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from an Act of God or anything which is beyond or control. This will include floods, natural disasters, fire, armed conflict, labor disputes, civil commotion, the intervention of a government, inability to obtain labor, materials or facilities and accidents, interruptions of, or delay in transportation or any other cause beyond our control.

Compliance With New Zealand Applicable Laws :-

These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand and any dispute under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Only Christchurch New Zealand

Google Chrome Licenses :-

The Ministry of Education requires all schools to ensure that qualifying schools only purchase quantities of licenses that will be activated within 60 days of purchase, as a preventative measure from schools ordering more than their requirement. The Ministry of Education has rights to reallocate any new licenses not activated within 60
days of purchase, and will be working with Google to ensure full utilization of the current pool of licenses. Should there be circumstances where activating a new license within 60 days is not feasible, please contact us and our team will work with The Ministry to set up exceptions where applicable.
