All the Website prices are inclusive of 15% GST unless mentioned. Due to no of emails we will try our best to reply in 2-4 working days. All product images may vary from the actual product image and are only to be used as a point of reference

Please Note :- Phone Support will be charged $99.99 Gst Inc an hour minimum in all cases ( Warranty / Non Warranty ) and after that 30 mins block charges $50 Inc Gst apply. 

Pickup up

Customer will get confirmation email when order is ready to pickup from office address.

Return Policy

This returns policy is applicable to all purchases from Tes Limited Directly or Trademe / All Goods Purchases.

Please contact the manufacturer directly to troubleshoot your product or to request a warranty repair.

To return a product to TES LIMITED directly, please complete our request a return form.

Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake

We don’t refund if you choose wrong or Change of mind after Purchase.

Order Cancellation 

We are not able to cancel any order after we received payment and order get processed. In some special circumstances including when products are sold to wholesale customers, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept order cancellation. In these situations there will be a admin/handling fee equal to at least 25% of the goods value will be charged. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all. We can issue store credit for refund.

Note : Tes limited can offer full refund of any order cancelled by us where we can’t supply the order items. We will notify you in this case.

Incorrectly supplied products

If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, Please contact us with in 24 Hours of delivery. TES Limited will supply the correct product as per purchase or issue a credit / refund if item become out of stock. TES Limited can arrange the collection of the incorrect product by courier if you purchased online.In order to supply the correct product or credit/refund, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us in its original conditions / Unopened Box and product supplied must be in unused condition..

Products damaged in transit

We recommended to check your Item for Transit Damage before Signing the Courier, Don’t Accept the Courier if item is damaged during transit. If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address and you have not checked on signing the courier, You must notify us within 24 hours so that we can contact Courier Company for Claim.Failure to do so warrants the receiver taking full responsibility for the item(s) affected

Courier company will arrange the collection of your product for Inspection so Please keep the original packing.

This process can take up to 10 working days. Please note that for your claim to be accepted you must retain the original packaging material used to deliver your order.

Tes Limited can only process claim after courier company investigation.

Products that are faulty upon arrival / first use

If the product you received is faulty upon arrival / first use, TES Limited will either repair or replace your product, or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty.

All returns request must be made within 48 Hours of purchase / delivery and we can arrange the collection of your product by courier if you purchased online.

Products that are faulty within the warranty period

If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, TES LIMITED will repair or replace your product or issue a credit / refund where a suitable replacement is not available.

In order to repair, replace or issue a credit / refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. You may also be able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair / replacement.

Returns can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.

Testing fees and return freight

If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

Restocking fees
In some special circumstances including when products are sold to wholesale customers, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations there will be a handling fee equal to at least 25% of the goods value. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all. We can issue store credit for refund.

Inspection Fee

This is a non-refundable fee to be paid up front or after inspection. It covers the time spent by the technician’s in disassembling, diagnosing or assessing the issue to certain cause and resolution. Outfall charges are extra as per the distance and time spent while resolving the problem and the quotations gives to the customer before going through the problem would be an approx cost , cost may increase or decrease as per the problem.

Software & Hardware Cover

All PC Laptops iPad Mobile comes with Hardware warranty only. We do not provide any Warranty/Service/Refund related to software, Windows, Virus or Gaming Issue.

Physical / Liquid Damage Cover

We do not provide any Warranty/Service/Refund related to liquid or physical damage of an item purchased / repaired from us.


Estimated delivery for any product is 2 – 10 Working days within new Zealand unless otherwise specified. Deliveries are depend upon fright companies movement according to weather conditions. We will only deliver Products ordered to a location where we provide delivery services. You acknowledge and agree that any person at the Delivery Address who receives the Products is authorized by you to receive your order. If you have ordered any fragile products like LCD, Mobile Screens, etc., please check your order for transit damage before signing the courier. In case the product is damaged on delivery please do not sign the courier and contact us or courier company with in 24 hourse of delivery to process insurance claim with the courier company.

Tes Limited is not responsible for any courier company delivery issue. We can only put claim after courier company investigation in all cases about courier issue .

Shipping Charges

We have adjusted the actual weight of an item to match the shipping price which system calculate according to weight. TES Limited can cancel any order for Incorrect/less shipping charges calculated on our website . We will confirm you about actual shipping charges if this is required. Shipping Charges are NON Refundable in all cases

Cancellation Of An Order

We may cancel whole order or any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you at any time if:

1. The Products in that order are not available.
2. There is an error in the Product Price, Delivery Charges or Product description posted on the website for the product
in that order.
3. That we reasonably believe your order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.

If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order and we will issue a refund if you don’t want any other product.

Fees & Charges

The purchase price of each Product is shown on the listed Website at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a Product on the Website may not be the same or correspond to the prices in any of our store for the same Product and we are not obliged to match any prices. All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products are Inclusive of 15% GST and Excluding delivery charges if not mentioned on our website.


1.You are bound to pay us the price once we accept your order.
2.The price you pay will be increased by the amount of GST, other taxes and duties which may be applicable and
insurance/freight/handling charges.
3.We can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order.
4.Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars(NZD) unless otherwise stated.


We are happy to provide a quotation for any service on request however in some cases we may charge a small fee to diagnose the fault. And the quotation provided will be an estimated cost of repair and may increase/decrease during repair or diagnosing the problem.

Payment Terms

We accept cash, Eftpos and bank deposit (Banking payment page screen shot provided prior to collection) for all services and products.
We are happy to provide an invoice for products or services and prefer payment prior to collection.
Items left with us for repair that are not collected within 45 Days may be sold to recoup our repair costs however we will make every effort to make contact with you.
Products and upgrades require payment in full before delivery/shipping.
Custom computer builds require a 25% deposit on ordering with the balance due prior to delivery / shipping.
Web design contracts require a initial 25% deposit and may require progress payments to be made.
Goods sold remain the property of TES Limited until the invoice is paid in full.

Payments & Credit

Unless Tes Limited has agreed to extend credit to purchaser, payment is to be made by cash, Eftpos, Bank transfer before delivery. Payment by any type of bank transfer will not be considered payment until the payment has been fully cleared into Tes Limited’s bank account. Where credit terms have been agreed, payment must be made in full by the invoice due date.

Overdue Payments will be charged 15% interest rate PA and Debt Collection Agency Fees and any other fees/charges to recover the outstanding payment.


We welcome your feedback and will address any complaints as quickly as possible. We request you to notify us by email within 24hrs if you notice any problems with our service. Your product will be tested and working prior to collection or delivery. If any issues occur once in your possession please let us know within 24 hrs. Additional issues can occur and are not always as a result of the original repair.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Tes Limited will be considered strictly confidential.

Website Security

We take every precaution to ensure our web site will not harm your computer system or data, however we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from visiting our website.


TES Limited reserves the right to modify and vary these terms and conditions at any time.


TES Limited shall not be liable for any claims regarding the physical functioning of product or the condition of the product supplied before, during or after sales and services.
In no event, TES Limited will not be liable for any loss of data or loss of revenue or profits or any other loss, however caused, before during or after sales and services.
TES Limited liability of any kind with respect to sales and services, shall be limited to the product price or price for the services.


Tes Limited cannot be responsible for any loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from an Act of God or anything which is beyond or control. This will include floods, natural disasters, fire, armed conflict, labour disputes, civil commotion, intervention of a government, inability to obtain labour, materials or facilities and accidents, interruptions of, or delay in transportation or any other cause beyond our control.

Compliance With New Zealand Applicable Laws

These terms and conditions are governed by the New Zealand and any dispute under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Only Christchurch New Zealand

TES Limited offers laybuy payment option as customers love to pay in laybuy. We don’t charge any interest on laybuy payment option. In any case if TES Limited has to redund any part / full product order, TES Limited will charge / deduct minimum 6% fees in all refund cases in laybuy payment option. Customer can choose store credit option with 6 months validity to buy something else from TES Limited to avoid this 6% charges / deduction.

Google Chrome Licenses

The Ministry of Education requires all school to ensure that qualifying schools only purchase quantities of licenses that will be activated within 60 days of purchase, as a preventative measure from schools ordering more than their requirement.The Ministry of Education has rights to reallocate any new licenses not activated within 60
days of purchase, and will be working with Google to ensure full utilization of the current pool of licenses. Should there be circumstances where activating a new license within 60 days is not feasible,please contact us and our team will work with The Ministry to set up exceptions where applicable.
